Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Sr. Reliability Testing Engineer role involves below job responsibilities. What a typical day looks like:? Plan for ORT test, personnel management and training, release ORT plan ? Line qualified/Tool Qualified and other temporary test demand planning for mass production models ? ORT problem handling, cross-departmental communication? Communication and coordination customer demand response, achieve demand progress ? Prepare and respond to third-party audits of customers, improve the problems found in audits? 负责机种ORT测试规划，人员管理及培训，ORT plan发行? 负责区域设备仪器送校、点检、保养及5S管理? 转量产机种line qualified/Tool qualified及其它临时测试需求规划? ORT问题处理，跨部门沟通协调? 客人需求回复，沟通协调，达成需求进度? 客人第三方稽核准备及应对，改善稽核发现的问题The experience we’re looking to add to our team:? College and above degree, engineering or related major? Have 3 and above years working experience in reliability testing of Electronic company? Good communication skills and team work spirit? Good written and reading English, good oral English is a plus? APPLE/AMAZON/MS related reliability testing is preferred? 大专及以上学历，工程类相关专业? 3年以上电子行业可靠性测试经验? 良好的沟通和团队合作精神? 英语读写精通，口语精通更佳? 有APPLE/Amazon/MS相关可靠性测试经验优先What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: ?
