Responsibilities:
1. Work independently for onsite installation, training, preventative maintenance, upgrade and repair of our laser and optical systems;
2. Be contact window of service case and approached follow customer open issues until it closed；
3. Continuously improve service process, document system and efficiency so as to ensure customer satisfaction；
4. Keep effective communication with sales team and cooperate to secure the business opportunity and KA management；
